In this role, you’ll lead the strategy, systems, and product experiences that help cleaners succeed on the Homeaglow platform. When cleaners are better supported, better matched, and better equipped to deliver great service, customers have stronger experiences and the business continues to scale. This is a high-impact opportunity for a product leader who can combine strong product judgment, quantitative rigor, experimentation, and user empathy to improve cleaner acquisition, onboarding, education, quality, retention, and utilization.
Homeaglow is profitable, growing, and operating at national scale, serving 90% of the U.S. and completing more than one cleaning per minute nationwide. - Own the full cleaner lifecycle, from acquisition and onboarding through long-term retention and performance
- Design and run experiments with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and actionable learnings
- Lead major product initiatives, including cleaner app re-platforming, onboarding optimization, job allocation, matching, and cleaner UX improvements
- Partner cross-functionally with founders, product leadership, design, engineering, analytics, and operations to ship meaningful improvements at scale
- Work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. while driving measurable impact for a profitable, high-growth marketplace
This is a remote U.S.-based role for a product leader with 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in high-growth consumer technology, marketplace, supply-side, or operations-facing product environments.
The Requirements
If this opportunity excites you and you possess the following qualifications, we’d love to hear from you:
- 8+ years of product management experience at a high-growth consumer technology company
- Proven experience owning the full product lifecycle, including ideation, prioritization, implementation, experimentation, measurement, and iteration
- Strong hands-on experience with experimentation, including A/B testing, hypothesis design, success metrics, sample size considerations, and post-test analysis
- Demonstrated ability to ship products that changed user behavior at scale
- Deep analytical rigor, with the ability to interpret experiment results, understand trade-offs, and make sound product decisions based on data
- Strong qualitative user empathy, with the ability to understand user motivations, pain points, and behavioral drivers
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write clear requirements, explain product decisions, and communicate progress, trade-offs, and results
- Experience working closely with design, engineering, analytics, operations, and senior leadership to ship product improvements end-to-end
Preferred, but not required:
- Experience building product for a supply-side, marketplace, or operations-facing audience
- Marketplace or two-sided platform experience
- Experience with mobile app products, onboarding flows, matching systems, quality evaluation, retention, or utilization strategies
- Experience in fast-moving, highly iterative product environments where learning velocity and measurable outcomes matter
The Role
Own the Cleaner Experience and Drive Product Impact at Scale
Reporting to Product Leadership and collaborating closely with founders, design, engineering, analytics, and operations, the Director of Product, Cleaner Experience will own the cleaner-side product experience at Homeaglow. This includes the app, systems, workflows, and strategies that help cleaners join the platform, get activated, deliver quality service, and continue building their business with Homeaglow.
This is not a strategy-only role. Success in this position means identifying the highest-ROI opportunities, designing focused experiments, shipping quickly, learning from results, and compounding improvements over time. You’ll be expected to balance strong product intuition with disciplined measurement and a clear respect for what the data shows.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own the full cleaner lifecycle, including acquisition, onboarding, activation, education, quality evaluation, retention, and utilization
- Build systems that attract, activate, educate, evaluate, and retain high-quality cleaners
- Lead the migration of the cleaner application to React Native to improve performance and enable faster iteration
- Redesign and optimize onboarding flows to improve conversion, activation, and cleaner quality signals
- Improve job allocation and matching to help create better outcomes for cleaners and customers
- Ship iterative product improvements that make it easier for cleaners to succeed on the platform
- Design and run experiments with specific hypotheses, clear success metrics, and thoughtful analysis plans
- Prioritize product opportunities based on impact, likelihood of success, effort, and learning velocity
- Analyze why experiments succeed or fail, update product thinking based on results, and translate learnings into next steps
- Partner with analysts to ensure projects are tracked properly and data is pulled accurately
- Work with design to create usable, effective experiences grounded in cleaner needs and behavioral insight
- Partner with engineering to define simple, actionable specs that adequately test product ideas
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders about experiment design, trade-offs, progress, results, and recommendations
- Build trust as the owner of the cleaner-side experience and help Homeaglow continue scaling quality and reliability
