You’ll be a strategic partner to performance marketing leaders, finance, and cross-functional teams, helping translate operational metrics into financial outcomes and long-term growth planning.

The Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business, growth, or marketing analytics
  • Hands-on experience working with media buyers and financial stakeholders
  • Deep expertise in marketing measurement methodologies (attribution, MMM, incrementality, etc.)
  • Experience supporting website conversion rate optimization and funnel analysis
  • Proven track record of improving marketing efficiency through better measurement and experimentation
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with Finance and Engineering
  • Fluency in Python
