You’ll be a strategic partner to performance marketing leaders, finance, and cross-functional teams, helping translate operational metrics into financial outcomes and long-term growth planning.
The Role
- Create and maintain reporting for core marketing KPIs, including lead analysis and full-funnel conversion performance
- Lead improvements in measurement sophistication through attribution modeling, media mix modeling, and incrementality studies
- Ensure stability and accuracy of data pipelines across ad platforms, analytics tools, and third-party vendors
- Partner with Performance Marketing leadership to set growth targets and quantify supply and demand at the market level
- Increase experimentation velocity by designing frameworks and tools that enable marketers to launch and analyze tests independently
- Collaborate with Finance to align marketing metrics with financial forecasts, budgets, and efficiency targets
- Leverage AI-powered development environments to automate reporting, build internal analytics tools, and enable self-service data access
Compensation
The Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business, growth, or marketing analytics
- Hands-on experience working with media buyers and financial stakeholders
- Deep expertise in marketing measurement methodologies (attribution, MMM, incrementality, etc.)
- Experience supporting website conversion rate optimization and funnel analysis
- Proven track record of improving marketing efficiency through better measurement and experimentation
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with Finance and Engineering
- Fluency in Python
