The Role
As VP of Product, you’ll set and deliver the product vision that defines Homeaglow’s next decade of growth. You’ll partner closely with leadership, engineering, design, and operations to evolve the user experience, deepen customer relationships, and expand into new verticals.
With a strong membership foundation already in place—over 90% of customers—this role is uniquely positioned to unlock new services and lifetime value at scale.
What You’ll Drive
- Lead Homeaglow’s evolution from a $100M business to a $1B company
- Scale the platform from serving ~1% of U.S. households to 10% and beyond
- Build and execute the long-term product vision for becoming the leading platform for all home services
- Create delightful, intuitive user experiences that build trust and brand loyalty
- Expand the product ecosystem into adjacent services (e.g., lawn care, pet care, child care, and more)
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to align product strategy with business goals
Who You Are
- A product leader with experience scaling consumer-facing platforms
- Strategic, yet highly execution-oriented
- Passionate about customer experience and long-term value creation
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment
